In order for us to print your file, please make sure it meets the following requirements:

• File must be in TIF, TIFF, EPS, AI, PSD, BMP, GIF, JPG, PNG, or PDF format
• File must be a minimum of 350 dpi resolution at 100% of the final print size
• All artwork must be in CMYK mode
• The maximum file upload size is 75 MB

We have 4 high-quality roll label materials for you to choose from Our .0026″ thick White BOPP is a glossy white polypropylene material that is suitable for most indoor applications. If you need a clear label, our .002″ Clear BOPP film is resistant to water and oils and is particularly suitable for bath and body products as well as food containers our .0034″ White Vinyl is a durable, glossy material that’s perfect when you need stickers that can withstand outdoor elements. The White Textured (Matte) is ideal for wine labels, gourmet foods, and beverages.

BOPP (short for biaxially-oriented polypropylene) is a versatile material that we’ve backed with a general purpose, permanent adhesive. This material is resistant to water and oils and is particularly suitable for bath and body products as well as food containers. Our white BOPP labels are .0026″ thick – please note they are not 100% opaque, so in some cases, high-contrast text may still show through. With our .002″ thick clear BOPP labels, only the printed text/graphics appear, making this material ideal for window applications.

For best results, please download the template for the shape and size you plan to order. All of our templates are marked with the safety, trim and bleed lines. All essential elements (logo, company name, text, etc.) must be within the safe zone of the template so they are not cut off. The trim line shows where the label will be cut, and the bleed refers to the part that will be trimmed off. If your label has a background image, make sure it extends all the way to the bleed line of the template.

Our Online Designer has a wide variety of free templates and background images you can use to design your roll labels online. Each template is fully customizable – you can upload your company logo, add your business name, and edit the text with your desired copy. Once you’re happy with your roll label design, place your order and we will send it to print!

Our production time for roll labels is generally 5 to 9 business days. The production time begins a day after you have approved your proof and your payment is processed. If your order is approved for print (and your payment is processed) by 9AM PT/ 11AM CT/ 12 PM ET, then the production time begins that day. During the holiday season, our production time may be extended by an additional 2 days.
