We offer custom letterhead in 2 standard sizes: 8.5″ x 11″ (also known as letter size) and 8.5″ x 14″ (often referred to as legal size).

Our custom-printed 8.5″ x 11″ letterhead starts at just $37.25 for 100 sheets. We can accommodate extremely large orders as well, making personalized letterhead from MoshiWeb a cost-effective option for most corporations.

If you would like to upload your own design, it must be in one of the following formats: TIF, TIFF, EPS, AI, PSD, BMP, GIF, JPG, PNG, and PDF. Additionally, your file must be in CMYK mode and file resolution should be a minimum of 350 dpi. Our maximum file upload size is 75 megabytes.

Customer-submitted letterhead files should include a 0.125 bleed. We offer downloadable letterhead templates with the safety zone, trim line, and bleed line clearly marked. All essential elements (logo, return address, copy, etc.) should be placed within the safety zone to ensure they are not inadvertently trimmed during the cutting stage.

Our custom letterhead is printed on a premium 70 lb. opaque smooth white paper. This stock is uncoated, so you can easily write on it, and compatible with both laser and inkjet printers.

Production time for most letterhead orders is 2 to 4 business days. The production time begins a day after you have approved your proof and your payment is processed. If your order is approved and payment is processed by 9AM PT/ 11AM CT/ 12 PM ET, then the production time begins that day.
