We offer 2 convenient methods for making personalized acrylic boards. If you are printing your own artwork, logo or design, use our downloadable acrylic sign templates for best results. Our templates are built with the correct dimensions for each shape and size we offer (including bleed). Please note that because the material is clear, all white areas on your design file will be transparent on the final product.

If you’re not sure how to build a print-ready file, no problem – our free design tool can help! Simply select your preferred shape and size, launch the Online Designer, and upload your photo or image. You can also add text from within the tool and utilize any of the clip art graphics we offer. Once your design is complete and you are happy with your proof, place your order and we’ll get it printed.

The production process for most acrylic sign orders is 2 to 4 business days, beginning the day after you have approved your proof and your payment has been processed. Depending on the shipping method you choose at checkout, please allow an additional 2 to 6 business days for delivery. For best results when designing your A-Frame signs, please start with our downloadable templates. Each template is clearly marked with the safe zone, trim line, and bleed line. Essential text, graphics, and images should be placed within the safe zone so they are not cut off during the trimming process. Make sure any background images extend past the trim line to the bleed. We require a 0.125″ bleed on A-Frame sign files.

Your files should be created in CMYK mode with a minimum resolution of 150 dpi at 100% of the final print size. Please submit your files in one of the following formats: TIF, TIFF, EPS, AI, PSD, BMP, GIF, JPG, PNG, and PDF. Maximum file upload size is 75MB (megabytes) per file.
