We’ve worked hard to design an easy and efficient process for printing your own calendars. Our website gives you two ways to create custom calendars. If you have a print-ready calendar design, you can upload the file to our website, place your order, and we’ll print your design.

If you do not have a print-ready file, you can use our Online Designer tool to assemble a personalized calendar. Upload your favorite images, add text, and when you’re happy with your calendar design, place your order and we’ll send it straight to print.

The standard size of a calendar is 8.5″ x 11″. In addition to this classic wall calendar size, we print both smaller and larger sizes, including:

• 6″ x 9.5″
• 9.5″ x 12″
• 12″ x 12″

A 6″ x 9.5″ calendar is small enough to be portable, but large enough to have room for notes and appointments. If you are printing photo calendars, consider the large square 12″ x 12″ option. This size gives you plenty of space to show off your vibrant pictures!

Our 6″ x 9.5″ 12-page calendars (4 cover pages, 8 inside pages) printed on 100 lb. gloss book paper start at just $368.93 for 500 calendars. No matter which size or paper stock you choose, you can count on high-quality custom calendars at competitive prices.

Please upload your calendar file in one of the following formats: TIF, TIFF, EPS, AI, PSD, BMP, GIF, JPG, PNG, and PDF. PSD, PDF, and AI files should be in CMYK mode to ensure accurate color output. File resolution should be a minimum of 350 dpi.

Our maximum file upload size is 75 megabytes. If your calendar file is larger, you can mail us a CD or flash drive containing your files. (Detailed instructions will be displayed as part of the ordering process if you indicate that you will be mailing in your files.)

Yes, we require a 0.25″ bleed for calendar files. For best results, please refer to our downloadable calendar templates, all of which are clearly marked with the safety zone, trim line, and bleed. Essential elements (copy, photos, graphics, logos, etc.) should be placed within the safe zone of the template. The trim line shows where the final product will be cut, and the bleed refers to the part that will be trimmed off. If you are incorporating a background image, make sure it extends all the way to the bleed line, so that the background continues to the edge of your calendars.

We want you to get a finished product that you love, so we offer multiple premium paper stocks for your calendar’s cover and interior pages. One of our most popular stocks is the 100 lb. Gloss Book with Aqueous Coating. This go-to stock is known for great color reproduction and an attractive shine.

For a more subtle, vintage-inspired appearance, we recommend the recycled 80 lb. paper with matte finish. This environmentally-friendly stock has an appealing smooth and silky surface. For the cover of your custom calendar, you can pick either a glossy or matte stock to match the inside pages.

The production time for most calendar orders is 5 to 7 business days. Production time begins a day after you have approved your proof and your payment is processed. If your order is approved and payment is processed by 9AM PT/ 11AM CT/ 12PM ET, then the production time begins that day.
